Information we collect and how we use it
In order to help us organize the expo, we may collect the following types of information:
Online forms - When you submit an application to become an exhibitor or sponsor at F2P Expo, we will collect your personal information that you have filled out (such as full name, email address, company, street address, etc.) to help us know who you are, where to contact you and what company you represent. We use this information to process your application and respond to it. We may also use your company name or logo for marketing purposes related to F2P Expo. The information is stored on our server and is also forwarded to our e-mail address. For our survey form, we will collect information from you anonymously with no personal information about who you are. We use this information to help us organize and improve our services.
Outside parties - We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating the website, conducting business or organizing the expo so long as these parties agree to keep the information confidential. We provide the information to third parties for the purpose of processing information on our behalf. These third parties follow strict instructions and may contact you on our behalf to retrieve additional information or to update you on the status of your application.
IP Address and cookies - The forms on our website will record your IP address and/or place a cookie on your computer. This restricts our visitors from submitting the forms more than once. Our servers automatically logs information that your browser sends to us such as IP address, browser type, browser language, country, etc. which is used for analyzing website statistics.
Communication - When you send emails to us we may retain the information to respond to your email.
Third party links - F2P Expo may present links in the form of graphics or text from affiliated sites or trusted sites. Visitors who visit these sites must be aware that their privacy policies may differ from ours.
Children - We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years old.
How to remove your application/logo - You may contact us to remove your application and/or logo from the website as long as a contract hasn't been signed between the two parties. If a contact has been sign between the two parties, you must follow the procedures outlined in the contract. You must provide us the reference ID that was sent to your e-mail. You must also contact us using the e-mail address you filled out on your application.
